Refund Policy

Introduction

At Lumina, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and processes under which refunds may be issued for our creative services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The project is canceled by the client before work has commenced.
  • Deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon scope of work due to errors on our part.
  • Specific milestones have not been completed as per the agreed timeline.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Advance payments made to secure a project slot.
  • Payments for completed deliverables that meet agreed-upon standards.
  • Costs incurred for third-party services, such as stock assets or software licenses.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit a written request to hello@lumina-design.co with the reason for the refund.
  • Provide supporting documentation if applicable (e.g., signed agreement, proof of payment).
  • Lumina will review the request within 7 business days.

Refund Decision

The decision taken by Lumina for all refunds will be final and cannot be disputed.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreements regarding refunds, Lumina will make all efforts to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution is not achieved, the matter will be subject to the governing law outlined in our Terms of Service.
